While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as planting one of our easy-to-grow bulbs.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Important Note:
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature:
- Amaryllis Bulbs
- Anemone
- Annual Flower Seeds
- Begonias
- Caladium
- Calla Lilies
- Cannas & Gladiolus
- Canna Lilies
- Crocosmia
- Curcuma Bulbs
- Dahlias
- Elephant Ears
- All other live bulbs and plants
For these items, please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues with viability or damage during transit.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Denver facility (address provided with your RMA). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return
- For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees from your financial institution.
