Attention Asparagus lovers! Are you looking for a tasty, meaty asparagus? Well, you need not look any further than the Mary Washington Asparagus. The Mary Washington plants can be up to 9 inches tall and come 8 roots per package. The Mary Washington plants are resistant to most diseases and will keep growing for up to 20 years! For best results, cut little or none of the asparagus plant until after the first year to ensure a large and healthy crop the next year.
Once established each crown will produce about 1/2 lb of asparagus.
8 crowns will produce about 4 lbs of Asparagus.
