This vigorous organic fingerling has purple skin with purple flesh. Earthy flavor with a somewhat waxy texture and a low starch content. To plant: Cut potatoes so that each piece contains 1-3 eyes. Plant with eyes facing upwards, in rows approximately 24″ apart. When sprouts are 6″ high, hill up the soil around them to 6″ high and 24″ wide.
